Small corporate office in need of an Administrative Coordinator.
We are a very small team: we sometimes wear many hats, but we support each other always! Our modern office in the Downtown Arts District has easy access to tasty coffee shops and lunch spots, and we provide free parking.
You must have professional experience working in an office, strong computer and organizational skills, and a positive attitude! Our Administrative Coordinator performs A/P, journal entries, frequent audit reports, monthly reconciliations, bank deposits, HR paperwork, data entry and filing.
We need somebody experienced with QuickBooks and heavy Excel use. This is NOT an entry-level position.
Requirements:
– Professional, Organized Self-starter & Multi-tasker
– Clear Communication – verbal & written
– Positive attitude, Team oriented, Reliable including transportation, No Drama
– Strong MS Office skills – Outlook, Word, & especially EXCEL (formulas, tables, charts)
– QuickBooks (or similar software) experience – A/P, journal entries, bank recs, reports
– Some knowledge of HR administration preferred – employment verifications, reporting UI hours, workers comp paperwork, etc. (This is not a supervisory position.)
– Must be able to pass drug and background check
