Administrative Coordinator – Automotive Claims Support

Location: Sioux Falls
Reports To: VGP Sales Manager

We are hiring an Administrative Coordinator to support our growing third-party automotive products business, VGP! We work with dealerships nationwide to provide auto coatings, lifetime repair programs, and other vehicle protection services.

In this role, you will review automotive service reports, interpret service department op codes, coordinate with dealerships on claims, and report results to management. Accuracy, focus, and strong communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Review service reports and claims from dealership service departments.

Read and interpret op codes related to automotive repairs.

Communicate with dealerships to manage and resolve claims.

Generate reports in Excel and assist with management reporting.

Use Monday Management software to track tasks and claims.

Maintain detailed, accurate records and handle sensitive data professionally.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with automotive service reports and dealership operations.

Service Writer or Service Technician experience very helpful

Strong Excel and computer skills.

Knowledge of Monday Management (or similar platforms) preferred.

Excellent communication and organization skills.

Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and focus.
