About the Opportunity

Our client, a global leader in the industrial and manufacturing space, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support daily team operations and leadership activities within a collaborative office environment.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who enjoys supporting teams, coordinating activities, and helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

The selected candidate will support two directors and play a key role in team coordination, scheduling, travel support, and culture-focused activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to leadership and team members
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling activities
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
  • Support office operations, supply management, and team coordination
  • Help organize team engagement initiatives and Culture Club events
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
  • Maintain organized documentation and records
  • Partner with administrative staff and cross-functional teams to support business needs
  • Assist with day-to-day operational and coordination tasks to help the team run efficiently

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of administrative, coordinator, office support, customer service, or event coordination experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative office environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to support team initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scheduling meetings or coordinating calendars
  • Exposure to travel coordination or expense management
  • Experience supporting managers, team leads, or department operations
  • Event coordination or team engagement experience
  • Experience in corporate, manufacturing, or professional office environments
