We are currently hiring an Administrative/Customer Service Clerk to join our client team in Brampton, ON
Shift:
Day shifts Monday-Friday
Pay: $19.00/hour
Responsibilities:
– Organize and schedule meetings and appointments and take meeting minutes
– Produce and share documents, reports, PODs, memos, forms, spreadsheets, and presentations
– Provide answers to questions and requests via phone, email, and face-to-face
– Maintain contact lists
– Maintain computer and manual filing systems
– Maintain inventory of supplies and assist with cycle count entry/receipt processing
– Analyze data and identify solutions to administrative problems
– Other duties as required
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the Transportation, Logistic, or Warehousing industry
– Strong computer and data entry skills
– Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
– Eager, self-motivated individual with high
attention to detail
– Excellent
communication skills
(both written and verbal)
– Team player
– Takes initiative
– Great ability to multitask/prioritize projects
– Able to work full-time
