Job Summary
CSA Monitoring is a 24/7 communications center that deals with security and fire alarm customers by phone. We do not make sales or collection calls. We communicate with customers and emergency responders nationwide.
Requirements
Basic computer skills
Professional phone presence
Excellent communication skills
Problem solving skills
Background check required
Experience
At least one year of phone based customer support preferred, but not required
This is a unique customer support position which requires on the job training
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support through effective communication and phone etiquette.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 – $15.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
