Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Administrative Executive will manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and supporting clinic workflows. The role involves coordinating with clinical staff and families, managing front-office processes, and ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. The Administrative Executive will also assist with documentation, basic reporting, vendor coordination, and adherence to clinic policies and procedures. The position requires consistent presence at the center to support smooth functioning of services and effective communication across teams.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, documentation, and office coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid General Administration skills, such as record-keeping, basic reporting, and oversight of day-to-day operational tasks.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills for interacting with children, families, and multidisciplinary team members in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Relevant experience in a clinic, healthcare, or educational setting is beneficial, especially in roles involving family-facing responsibilities.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and comfort with learning new digital tools is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are important.
- A bachelor’s degree in administration, management, psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered.
