Job Responsibilities
Finance
- Disburse daily cash flow and oversee that all expenses are properly documented and accounted accordingly.
- Prepares annual budget and forecast and reforecast.
- Prepares monthly payables and see to it that all invoices are paid on time and payment to sub-contractors are paid accordingly.
- Ensures that receivables are properly accounted and recorded and invoices are prepared and recorded accordingly.
- Prepares the monthly accounting reports for finance Trail Balance, General Ledger and cash flow disbursement to be submitted to CPG Dubai finance.
Human Resource
- Perform duties as directed in accordance with the company’s policy and procedures.
- Assumes full responsibility in maintaining and updating employee’s database, coordinates with HR head office on all various HR related issues when needed.
- Maintain records on various leave applications, ticket booking entitlement and other related issues when needed.
- Coordinates and process various requirements of staff if needed like preparing letters needed in processing their requirement for various issues, prepares certification letters for different issues when needed.
- Prepares documents needed in processing staff residence visa and assist to apply for visit visas of needed.
- Acts as PRO and Assist staff in immigration matters to prepare documents for renewal of visas, renewal of membership and all other matters.
- Keeps confidential records of employees.
- Assist employees on other requirements when needed.
IT
Assist supervisor in the following:
- Troubleshooting of Information Technology (IT) issues when necessary.
- Procurement of hardware and software.
- Coordinate with head office IT Department for support if need arises.
- Assist users on all IT related issues.
Office Administration
- Takes charge of company front desk (reception).
- Receives incoming calls and courier/deliveries.
- Provide document control support to projects and office operations.
- Monitors office supplies and staff movement
- Monthly meeting to discuss Admin HR Accounts updates.
- Visit Government office and any offices if required for submissions/ renewals/ enquiries
