Role Description The Administrative Executive role at edZeb is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role involves managing day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, handling correspondence, and preparing documents and reports for leadership. The Administrative Executive will support executive-level stakeholders, maintain records and databases, and ensure smooth office operations such as vendor coordination, basic facilities management, and inventory tracking. The role also includes assisting with student-facing and partner-facing communications, organizing events or training sessions, and providing general administrative support to academic and operations teams. The successful candidate will uphold professional standards, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to an efficient, service-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to support senior leaders and handle high-priority tasks efficiently.
- Candidates should possess solid General Administration skills to manage office operations, record-keeping, and coordination of daily activities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact professionally with internal teams, learners, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools.
- Relevant experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in education, training, or services; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt to a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
