The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, handling all administrative activities, and assisting other departments and management. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for the Halal industry, and have a keen eye to detail.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily administrative operations and support staff.
Provide high-level support to the Management and leadership team.
Greet visitors, arrange meeting rooms, and handle office setup tasks.
Answer calls, organize meetings, and manage documentation and filing.
Maintain office supplies and ensure office equipment’s are all available.
Prepare office expenses in line with company policies.
Coordinate with other departments such as Quality, finance, Operations, HR, etc
Perform other tasks as required by management.
Support marketing team and accounts team for records and reports.
Maintain electronic and physical files.
Organize and provide documents, reports and information.
Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, data, and finding solutions.
Work independently and within team which includes presentations, mailings etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration or related field.
1-3 years of experience in administration and customer service is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
