Administrative Mail Clerk
The Mail Clerk position is responsible for processing all incoming mail addressed to the Attorney Grievance Commission.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Separate, open, time/date stamp, categorize and scan all incoming mail.
· Place mail in appropriate mail slots or hand deliver.
· Retrieve incoming faxes, time/date stamp, scan and deliver to appropriate party.
· Send faxes.
· Back up at Front Desk for receptionist as needed.
· Open supplies and put away as needed.
· Assist with special projects as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
· Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
· Ability to interact professionally, appropriately and effectively with the staff.
· Ability to work with others in a team atmosphere and to work independently as necessary.
· Excellent spelling, grammar, and proofreading
Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $12.00 – $16.00 per hour
