What you'll be doing:

  • Gathering information from subject matter experts and internal stakeholders
  • Consolidating inputs into clear, well-structured documents
  • Supporting the team in preparing proposals, submissions, and written materials
  • Coordinating across teams to ensure deadlines and requirements are met

Who you are:

  • Organised and dependable, with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable gathering information and following up with stakeholders as needed
  • Process-orientated
  • Someone who takes pride in doing their part well

What you'll need:

  • Strong written English and solid document formatting skills
  • Around 2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role (internships and placements count)
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Word
  • No specific qualification required, relevant experience is what counts

This role is based in Toowoomba. Candidates outside the area are welcome to apply if open to relocating.
