What you'll be doing:
- Gathering information from subject matter experts and internal stakeholders
- Consolidating inputs into clear, well-structured documents
- Supporting the team in preparing proposals, submissions, and written materials
- Coordinating across teams to ensure deadlines and requirements are met
Who you are:
- Organised and dependable, with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable gathering information and following up with stakeholders as needed
- Process-orientated
- Someone who takes pride in doing their part well
What you'll need:
- Strong written English and solid document formatting skills
- Around 2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role (internships and placements count)
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Word
- No specific qualification required, relevant experience is what counts
This role is based in Toowoomba. Candidates outside the area are welcome to apply if open to relocating.
