Cosmocert Certification Body, operating for 13 years in the field of organic certification, is seeking an Administrative Officer to support the daily operations of the organization and manage the telephone center.
Responsibilities
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls (telephone center)
- First point of contact for clients, partners, and public authorities
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to the organization’s departments
- Managing correspondence (email, physical mail, courier services)
- Maintaining and organizing records and documentation (both physical and electronic)
- Data entry into information systems / databases
- Collaborating with the organization’s staff to ensure smooth office operations
Required Qualifications
- Secondary or Higher Education degree (Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred)
- Very good computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills and verbal fluency
- Very good command of the Greek language (written and spoken)
- Organizational skills, consistency, and professional behavior
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative support or call center role
- Experience in a structured working environment (certification body, service company, public or private organization)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
