We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to join our client’s team in Carolina. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting business operations through efficient administration and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations

Manage internal and external communications with professionalism

Support daily office tasks, including scheduling, filing, and data entry

Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders

Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation

Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and supporting various departments as needed

Qualifications

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Proven experience in administrative roles (preferred but not required)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time
