My client, a fast-growing consumer brand in the Greater Boston area, is seeking an Administrative Operations Associate to work directly alongside the leadership team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, proactive, and excited by the idea of being a true right-hand support partner to a creative and visionary founder. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting the dots, keeping projects moving, and helping bring ideas to execution.

Schedule: Primarily onsite, Monday–Friday with occasional flexibility as needed

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Sr. leadership to help manage priorities, schedules, and day-to-day operational flow
  • Attend meetings, capture detailed notes, and help translate discussions into actionable next steps and project plans
  • Coordinate across departments to keep initiatives organized and moving forward
  • Assist with business operations, administrative coordination, and special projects
  • Draft communications, track deliverables, and support follow-up on ongoing initiatives
  • Utilize internal systems and collaboration tools to help maintain organization and workflow efficiency
  • Conduct light research and assist with operational problem-solving as needed
  • Support a variety of evolving business needs in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of professional experience within operations, administration, project coordination, startup support, or a related field preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and collaboration tools quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
  • Strong sense of ownership with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
