Job Description

A fast-growing manufacturing company operating in a highly regulated consumer products industry is looking for an Administrative & Operations Coordinator to support daily office operations and administrative functions . The team specializes in producing premium products for well-known national brands using advanced production technology and high-quality manufacturing standards. Operating out of a modern facility in Connecticut, they are committed to operational excellence, compliance, innovation, and delivering exceptional products to market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and can effectively communicate across departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable adapting to shifting priorities throughout the day.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide light HR support including recruiting coordination, candidate screening, onboarding, and offboarding activities
  • Manage front desk operations including visitor logs, incoming requests, and vendor coordination
  • Handle procurement and purchasing of raw materials based on requests from management
  • Support administrative sales functions through ERP data entry, order allocations, and preparation of manifests, invoices, and packing slips
  • Send order confirmation emails and maintain accurate documentation
  • Perform bank and post office runs as needed
  • Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks to support the business

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Previous administrative, office coordination, or operations experience preferred
