Summary

In the role of Administrative Services Assistant, you will be essential in supporting daily operations and enhancing customer service within the organization. Reporting to the Office Manager, your core skills in computer literacy and clerical experience will enable you to efficiently manage tasks such as data entry, filing, and calendar management. Your premium skills in QuickBooks and office management will further enhance our administrative capabilities. With a focus on organizational skills and effective communication, you will contribute to a productive work environment and ensure a seamless experience for both staff and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 – $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
