LifeTree Inc. is now hiring for an HR Administrative Assistant. We are actively looking for candidates who are warm, dependable, and uplifting. This role will focus on fostering relationships with our clients, empowering families, and providing excellent service.

We are looking for an HR Administrative Assistant whom we will train and provide ongoing training to in the field of specific areas of general administration, customer service and industry specifics.

Responsibilities:

Provide warm and confident customer service to onboarding clients.
Manage administrative functions including inbox maintenance, filing, and data entry.
Manage a high volume of support-based phone calls.
Provide technical support and scheduling assistance for existing Providers.
Use proprietary software, which we will train you to use.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year customer service or administration experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially phone skills.
Positive demeanor and a desire to meet goals and targets
Pro-actively problem-solve and seek ongoing opportunities for growth
Accuracy, proficiency and strong work ethic.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Outlook.
Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural sensitivity
Knowledge of DDD Focus system, not required but a plus!
