Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, particularly in using CRM and ATS systems, as well as experience with AI technologies to enhance and streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM and ATS Management: Utilise CRM and ATS systems to manage client and candidate data effectively.
AI Integration: Leverage AI tools and technologies to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency. Identify opportunities to streamline processes using AI, enhancing overall productivity.
Document Processing: Prepare, edit, and manage various documents, including contracts, proposals, and correspondence.
Data Management: Oversee the accuracy and integrity of candidate and client data within our recruitment systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall candidate experience.
Reporting: Generate and analyse reports related to recruitment metrics, presenting insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
Communication: Act as a liaison between candidates, clients, and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process. Must speak fluent Hindi.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in office administration
Strong skills in CRM and ATS systems
Experience with AI technologies and tools to streamline processes
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
