ATI is seeking an Administrative Specialist to join a great team based in the KC team.This position is responsible for adding value through customer service & exemplary support by working closely with the Senior Account Manager of Existing Accounts & Project Consultant to increase the dollar renewal rate by achieving & maintaining 100% customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
Work closely with Senior Account Manager and Project Consultant to understand and support the goals and objectives to successfully execute launch & renewal strategies on assigned accounts.
Demonstrate data analysis proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze customer data and make recommendations on how to utilize and maximize their investment on assigned accounts.
Maintain thorough understanding of assigned accounts to guarantee on-time payments.
Ensure assigned accounts are contacted monthly, at a minimum, to build value, proactively resolve customer satisfaction threats, and identify expansion and/or repeat business opportunities.
Coordinate calls with Project Consultant for Senior Account Manager to expand partnership and explore other selling opportunities on assigned accounts.
Provide customer support within a team environment by fulfilling assigned tasks on time.
Utilize company resources to streamline a project plan and ensure timely resolution.
Assist and support Project Consultant and customer personnel with LMS integration projects.
Help achieve and maintain 100% $ renewal rate and increase the % of subscription customers who buy again.
Work closely with Enterprise Support, Tech Support, ECSD, Content, Scheduling, and others throughout the company to streamline project deadlines & meet expectations of assigned customers and other projects.
Guarantee timely and accurate entry and maintenance of system data on assigned accounts.
Execute deliverables as needed by the customer, Senior Account Manager, and Project Consultant on assigned accounts.
Help cover other Project Specialists and Enterprise Support in their absence.
Provide updates to internal leadership regarding user database maintenance, user profile maintenance, and user satisfaction on assigned accounts.
Follow all procedures and performance standards.
Attend staff meetings and follow up on Leadership requests.
REQUIREMENTS:
Detail-oriented & timeline driven.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility for delivering project outcomes.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Excellent computer skills with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Teams, Excel & Outlook.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills to track, measure & interpret data to help design & implement strategies that improve customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in dynamic and high-stakes situations.
Ability to create pivot tables & write macros is a plus.
Salesforce experience is a plus.
Ability to work 40 hours a week, with a minimum of 40 hours in the office per month.
Dress in business-appropriate attire for both in-person and virtual meetings, ensuring a polished, professional presentation at all times.
