We are looking for a ‘Administrative Specialist’ to join our team.
What do we expect from ‘Administrative Specialist’ ?
Handle daily office affairs in the warehouse, such as answering phone calls, processing emails, arranging meetings, etc.
Keep the warehouse facility and office clean and keep & track the maintenance standards in line with SHEIN Admin team policies and procedures, provide hospitality services and supplies and ensure the operations continiuity in a well manner in terms of entire facility and office equipment.
Provide administrative support to the warehouse team, in line with SHEIN HR & Admin policies and procedures such as keeping track of HR functions coordinated by SHEIN Turkey Headquarter HR.
Assist managers with daily employee-related matters.
Responsible for coordinating with Turkey Headquarter HSE teams and HR & Admin teams to ensure following the safety and compliance of the warehouse, implementing the health and safety policies, and legal compliance, guiding employees to comply with safety regulations.
Work with relevant departments to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and industry standards
What does a ‘Administrative Specialist’ have?
Experience in Administration.
Home location near Esenyurt / Istanbul area is a plus
Knowledge about Labor law, Health and Safety regulations.
Facility management, event organization, vendor management skills and abilities.
Teamwork, excellent verbal and written communication.
Good in planning and follow-up, detail orientation.
Min intermediate level of English.
Chinese language is a plus.
