POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide timely administrative support for a large company initiative
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist current Sales Coordinator with all aspects of project-related internal and external communication.
• Assist in the creation of Communication strategy, which includes Distributor customers and all contract holders.
• Assist with drafting and proofing all communication-related content, which would include customer sales letters, customer presentations, contract-related notices, training-related content, and any other documents.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of any project-related content to internal partners/customers.
• Partner with project managers, the Legal Team, and the Sales Leadership Team, for review, alignment, and approval of communication.
• Flex to other MN Project teams as needed.
• Assist with the facilitation of both reactive and proactive communication with the internal sales team and customers/distributors to ensure seamless information flow.
• Conduct thorough testing of all project-related changes to external resources to guarantee smooth implementation.
• Collaborate closely with the Communications lead to coordinate the timing and messaging of project updates.
• Assist with the planning and execution of all implementation-related activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Provide support for distributor data maintenance projects associated with project, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Strong proficiency in PC skills including programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate directly and effectively with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Creative business thinking while maintaining a strong focus on execution.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A strong sense of urgency, high degree of initiative, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• A strong team player with the ability to work comfortably with people of diverse skills, levels, experience and personalities.
• The ability to work comfortably in a highly dynamic, fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous corporate environment, where a high degree of flexibility is required.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and generate effective, productive solutions.
Work Location – Remote
Work Schedule – M-F 8am to 5pm
