Job Overview

The post holder will provide administrative and co-ordination support to the Professional Nurse Advocate (PNA) and Restorative Clinical Supervision (RCS) service, ensuring efficient organisation of restorative clinical supervision sessions, accurate data capture, and effective communication across Primary and Community teams.

The post holder will play a key role in supporting staff wellbeing initiatives and enabling access to psychologically safe supervision spaces. To work independently and manage own workload to defined policies and procedures.

Main duties of the job

Organise RCS sessions across multiple sites (DN, CRT, wards, community teams)

Manage diaries for PNA/RCS facilitators

Coordinate bookings via Outlook / MS Teams

Support site-based delivery (including travel coordination where needed)

Support event organisation

Maintain Accurate Records Of

Session delivery

Attendance

Facilitator activity

Use Systems Such As

ESR

Microsoft Forms

Excel dashboards

To produce monthly reports for the PNA Lead Nurse

Support data collection aligned to All-Wales RCS reporting requirements

Point of contact for RCS enquiries. Use own judgement if issues need to be escalated.

Communicates and exchanges information to staff from other departments, and external contacts

Posters / QR codes

Team communications

Support engagement initiatives to improve uptake

Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes

Maintain shared drives / documentation

Assist with audit and quality improvement activity To propose and implement any changes to policies and procedures in relation to own work area.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Qualifications And Knowledge Essential

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent

Knowledge of secretarial or administrative procedures and systems, such as answering queries, progress chasing and task related problem solving, acquired through experience and training to Vocational Level 3 or equivalent demonstrable level of knowledge and experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
