We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly by handling day-to-day administrative tasks, delivering outstanding customer support, and ensuring clear communication across the organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable with a range of clerical responsibilities. This is a full-time position, though part-time may be considered for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and create a professional, welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors
Manage incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
Maintain organized filing systems and manage documents using Microsoft Office
Provide responsive customer support, resolving client concerns promptly and effectively
Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating staff meetings
Perform clerical duties including data entry, record-keeping, and ordering office supplies
Collaborate with the team to improve internal processes and overall office efficiency
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not required
Previous customer support experience is highly valued
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic office setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including phone etiquette
Familiarity with general office equipment and clerical procedures
