Project Overview
The Technology Solutions Office (TSO), led by the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), supports the judiciary with strategic guidance, technology development, technical standards, policies, planning, and significant research and development efforts. The mission of the TSO is to deliver technology solutions to help the Federal Judiciary reduce costs and risks, improve overall effectiveness and efficiency of judicial operations by providing experimentation, validation, and concept development in support of business requirements. Job Responsibilities
Assist the call order PM in all onboarding and offboarding activities for both employees and contractors. Activities include:
o Scheduling interviews
o Coordinate issuing equipment or the return of equipment during the personnel onboarding or offboarding process.
o Coordinate Day 1 meetings for contractors and program leads and provide overview of office policies and required onboarding tasks.
Maintain a log of the status, location, availability, specifications, conditions, and history of all pieces or sets of TSO property (e.g., laptops, docking stations, monitors,
Conduct annual inventory review to ensure all equipment is accounted for.
Maintain TSO administrative files (e.g., org charts, email lists, supply orders, etc.)
Required Skills/Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an Administrative Support Specialist
Provides varied administration support tasks as required.
Must have sound judgment and be able to prioritize and work independently.
Duties may include:
o Executive/ managementâ€Âlevel support, research, presentation development, spreadsheet development.
Advanced experience with general office software programs and standard office equipment required. Provide support for monthly executive meetings, compiling editing and disseminating meeting minutes, agendas and read ahead materials.
May take the lead on assigned special projects.
Ensuring task compliance may be required.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or higher (in a related discipline)
