About Us:

We’re a small, growing construction company looking for the right person to join our team and help take us to the next level. You’ll be working directly with the owner, helping organize the back of the office and supporting the business side of operations.

This is not a big corporation — it’s a hands-on role where your work will make a real difference. As the company grows, so will your position.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office tasks (emails, scheduling, paperwork, filing)

Handle basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and job tracking

Communicate with clients and vendors

Assist with marketing and job sourcing (basic follow-ups, etc.)

Organize documents, estimates, and materials lists

Support hiring, onboarding, and managing field crews

Help build internal systems to make operations smoother

Who We’re Looking For:

Someone motivated who wants to grow with a company

Strong organizational and communication skills

Comfortable with office software (basic Excel, Word, email)

Willing to figure things out and take ownership of their work

Pay: Based on experience
