At DAA Northwest, our team is the backbone of one of the region’s busiest and most exciting vehicle auctions — and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to help keep things organized and efficient.
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our operational and customer service teams. Your responsibilities will include:
Organizing and reporting temporary employee timesheets accurately and on time
Processing CR claim paperwork and ensuring proper documentation
Coding invoices for payment processing, payroll, and other administrative tasks
Coordinating vehicle repair work with service facilities
Tracking vehicles and arranging transportation to and from service providers
Maintaining regular communication with vendors to ensure high-quality service
Posting charges to vehicles and accounts receivable for completed repairs
Supporting sale day operations and customer promotions as needed
Providing general administrative support and handling other tasks as assigned
Communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners
Approaching challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Adapting to changing priorities and contributing to cross-functional projects
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
2–3 years of office experience with strong computer skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, 10-key, and office equipment
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
A collaborative, dependable team player who thrives in a time-sensitive environment
