The Vacancy

Geocore Site Investigations part of the RSK Group have a new opportunity for an Administrator to join their growing office team in Redcar, UK for a fulltime permanent role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Project support including hire equipment, booking accommodation, arranging travel as required and issuing of site instructions
  • Raising invoices, credit notes and purchase orders
  • Setting up clients and projects
  • Assisting with management of fleet i.e. arranging services and repairs as required, keeping suitable records
  • Ensure compliance paperwork is up‑to‑date (e.g., RAMS, certifications, training records)
  • Monitoring and processing SHEQ and ESG KPIs

Experience/Requirements:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Previous office experience required.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a professional and calm telephone manner, and confidence to make outbound calls to clients and suppliers.
  • A highly organised individual for planning workloads and meeting deadlines.
