About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to support their team. This is a full-time, office-based role that combines general administration with project coordination, invoicing, and health & safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to project managers and site teams

Assist with project coordination and scheduling

Manage invoicing, purchase orders, and supplier communications

Maintain and update health & safety records and documentation

Ensure accurate data entry and reporting using Excel and internal systems

Support the smooth running of the office and day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in an administrative role (construction industry experience highly desirable)

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general systems proficiency

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
