Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time (5 days per week), with 2–3 days per week based in the office.
Additional Requirements: Occasional weekend work may be required to support live events.

THE ROLE
As Taste Film continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrator to support our fast-paced and collaborative team.
In this role, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business by providing administrative support across multiple areas of the company. Your responsibilities will include managing guest relations, maintaining documentation and spreadsheets, coordinating communications, and assisting with general office administration.
As a key point of contact for the central inbox, you will help ensure customer enquiries are handled professionally, promptly, and directed to the appropriate teams. You will play an important role in keeping the business organised and supporting the wider team to operate efficiently and effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Relations
- Manage the central inbox by forwarding communications to relevant departments and responding to customer enquiries where appropriate.
- Working closely with our ticketing partner to ensure customer requests are appropriately handled and tracked
- Support the handling of customer enquiries and complaints in line with company processes and timelines.
- Update internal documentation that tracks ongoing customer relation requests
Event Coordination Support
- Support the planning and coordination of live events by assisting with administrative and operational tasks.
- Update and maintain internal reporting dashboards, ensuring data is accurate, organised, and up to date.
- Manage and update guest lists for events, including ticket information, and special requirements.
- Coordinate and maintain accurate dietary requirement information, ensuring this is communicated clearly to relevant teams and venue partners.
- Support communication between internal departments, venues, and suppliers to help ensure events run smoothly and efficiently.
General Administration & Office Support
- Support the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Maintain office systems, organise the main drive and files, and ensure documents are kept up to date.
- Assist with organising office supplies, storage spaces, and inventory records.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required.
- Help coordinate internal communications and team events.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
- 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Experience supporting customer service or inbox management.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience maintaining records, calendars, and administrative systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and friendly approach to customer and internal communications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
