Administrator – Asset Management

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to support the Asset Management Department. This role requires a detail-oriented, diligent individual with a background in real estate and consultancy, as well as executive assistant experience. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced and detail-sensitive role, managing a range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department and contributing to the overall success of our asset management initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Asset Management team.

Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior staff within the department.

Handle communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documents related to asset management projects.

Assist in maintaining accurate records of asset portfolios and other related files.

Support the team in preparing contracts, agreements, and other documentation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

Liaise with external parties, including property owners, consultants, and legal teams, as required.

Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Conduct research and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiencies.

Assist with organising and coordinating departmental events and activities.

Manage daily office tasks, including data entry, filing, and general office upkeep.

Qualifications & Skills:

At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced and detail-sensitive administrative role, ideally within real estate, consultancy, or a related industry.

Previous executive assistant experience with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

A positive and professional attitude, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.

A degree or relevant qualification is preferred.
