Hyde is looking to recruit an Administrator to work in our facilities team. You must be able to start work immediately.
As a Facilities Administrator at Hyde, you’ll provide accurate, customer-focused support to help keep our offices and workplaces running smoothly. You’ll respond to enquiries, manage records, raise purchase orders, support invoice processing and work with colleagues and suppliers to make sure requests are handled on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to facilities enquiries promptly, providing clear updates and helpful support.
- Raise purchase orders, support invoice processing and maintain accurate records and trackers.
- Help coordinate repairs, maintenance requests, office supplies, access arrangements and workplace services.
- Liaise with colleagues, contractors and suppliers to follow up queries, information and outstanding actions.
- Support meetings, documents, systems updates and health, safety and compliance administration.
Skills and Experience Required
- Strong administration skills, with good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear written communication skills and a helpful, customer-focused approach.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload and follow up actions.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and updating records, trackers and systems.
- Experience in facilities, property, office management, purchase orders or invoice administration would be useful but is not essential.
