Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Admin for our Trivandrum office .
Responsibilities
Management of Administration, which comprises operational function with single point contact.
Monitoring all staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
Implement the instructions of Management.
Coordination with banks and other regulatory authorities.
Coordinate with each department heads for effective functioning of the system.
Comply with the policies, guidelines and strategies laid down by the managing director to achieve objectives of the Company.
Enforce regulatory requirements as per the laws of the country and Company.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of work experience in same filed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Accounting knowledge will be an added advantage.
