Job Overview
Home remodeling company seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Administrator to support the daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing calendars, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, handling emails, maintaining accurate records, filing documents, bookkeeping tasks, managing invoices, tracking expenses, assisting with onboarding new employees, entering data in the computer system, processing paperwork, identifying and resolving problems, making decisions based on available information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
