The Role:
You need to be detail-oriented and proactive administrator to their growing
client support
team. This role will play a key part in ensuring seamless operations and
exceptional service
to both clients and financial planners.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing client reports and annual review packs
Processing new business applications
Handling client and adviser queries efficiently
Managing phone calls and administrative support tasks
To qualify you need to have :
Experience in financial services within an administrative role is essential
Excellent organisational and time management skills – ability to juggle multiple tasks
Strong communication skills
– both written and verbal
Knowledge of Intelligent Office (advantageous but not essential)
Familiarity with Abrdn/Standard Life Wrap (training provided)
