**Applicants must be willing to relocate for the AIT program and again after completion of training if offered an Administrator position at any Advanced Home Health and Hospice agency.**

About the program:

This immersive program is designed to equip you with the knowledge, experience, and skills necessary to become a future Administrator. Under the guidance of an experienced HHH Administrator, you will gain hands-on experience across clinical and operational functions, while learning how to ensure exceptional patient care and strong business performance.

What You’ll Do:

As an AIT, you’ll rotate through various departments, contributing to real-world operations while learning about:

Regulatory & Clinical Compliance

Gain hands-on experience with healthcare laws, CMS standards, and quality assurance to keep care compliant and patient-focused.

Patient Care Excellence

Be part of a team delivering compassionate, high-quality, home-based care that puts patients first.

Operations & Financial Management

Learn how to run the business side of care—from billing and reimbursements to strategic budgeting and financial planning.

Human Resources & Team Development

Support recruitment, training, and retention while fostering a positive, growth-oriented workplace culture.

Community & Business Development

Build relationships with medical professionals, local organizations, and referral sources to grow your agency’s reach and impact.

Leadership & Culture

Develop your leadership style while embracing a culture of excellence, integrity, and service.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field.

Valid driver’s license.

Willingness to relocate, if needed.

Professional demeanor with the ability to manage emotionally sensitive situations.
