Our client is looking for an administrator to join their team in their regional office in Bristol , BS3 aread
The length of the contract is 3/4 weeks and the start date is ASAP
Responsibilities &
Duties
* Must be proficient in MS Excel and MS Office – Good organisations skills – Good
communication skills
– Strong ability to manage own workload – Careful
attention to detail
* The candidate roles and responsibilities will be:
– Assisting with building work packs using Microsoft excel – Support Commercial assurance team with administrative tasks – Chasing suppliers for responses – Tracking and managing incoming evidence and data
* Provide assistance and cover for all levels in all regions as business need dictates.
The pay rate offered is £13.98 per hr PAYE
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30PM
