Insta Staff are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a manufacturing and production company based in Nechells, Birmingham.

The role will be supporting four Account Managers and working within the administration team.

You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of all sales orders, and ensuring

customer satisfaction

is achieved and exceeded, by making sure the right product is produced and delivered to the right timescales.

The duties of the Administrator will be:

To review orders in line with contract review procedure.

Enter sales orders and back-to-back purchase orders.

Ensure customer quality requirements are understood and communicated through the business.

To report any non-conformances or customer complaints in line with the company’s quality procedure.

Answering telephone calls in a professional manner, taking enquiries from new and existing customers.

Maintain scanning, indexing and filing of contract reviews/orders and any other relevant paperwork

To progress all outstanding sales orders.

To ensure all relevant data is recorded on the company system and into shared drives  

To produce relevant reports and update sales or General Manager accordingly.

Liaise with credit control where required to keep accounts within terms.

To arrange for outside transport as required.

To attend review meetings where required, present a professional image and behave in line with corporate values both internally and externally at all times

Build trust and confidence with key personnel by acting with integrity, exceeding expectations, and keeping promises.

To support account managers in monitoring customer stock requirements

Other tasks and activities as deemed necessary by the General Manager.

Support stock check including any reasonable duty required

The ideal Administrator will have:

Experience with

in a similar role

Basic knowledge of EXCEL

Excellent

communication skills

Salary for the Administrator will be circa £26.,000

Hours of work for the Administrator will be Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm and Friday you will finish at 4.30pm

This is a 12 week temp  to perm role
