Position: Housing Admissions Coordinator
Location: New York
A nonprofit healthcare network in New York City is currently seeking a Housing Admissions Coordinator to join one of their Independent Living Facilities in The Bronx. In this role, the Admissions Coordinator will be responsible for providing additional support to the facility completing Admission processes for all residents.

Assemble tour/welcome packets, review referrals, make calls, send emails, schedule and give tours, and follow up on inquiries.
Handle paperwork, maintain communication with CityFHEPS/Section 8 Housing Specialist, and ensure apartments are ready for inspection.
Ensure apartments are ready, invoices and keys are in place, and notify staff of guest details that have been discontinued or are expired.
Prepare paperwork, schedule joint inspections, and handle keys and pendants for new tenants and sending to Finance.
Gather, enter, and maintain HCR quarterly reports.
Perform other relevant duties, as needed.
3-5 years of experience doing Admissions for Senior Residences.
2+ years of experience in an Assisted Living Facility.
Associates or Bachelors Degree.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.
Computer Savvy.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Desired ***
5+ years of experience doing Admissions for Senior Residences.
Knowledge of Vouchers.
Bachelors Degree.
