Role Description
The Admissions Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Pantai Nyanyi, Tabanan. This role plays a key part in shaping the first impression of PIB College, by managing the end-to-end admissions journey and delivering an outstanding experience for prospective students.
You will be responsible for handling inquiries, guiding applicants through admission requirements, and ensuring a smooth and professional admissions process. The role also involves building strong relationships with schools, agents, and partners, maintaining accurate admissions data, collaborating with internal teams, and supporting both international and domestic recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience in admissions or student recruitment (international exposure is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple applicants and timelines
- Comfortable working with data, systems, and digital tools
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (additional languages are an advantage)
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
