Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid advertising budgets across major platforms, primarily TikTok Ads.
- Build and optimize lookalike, interest-based, and retargeting audiences. Target specific consumer segments such as fragrance collectors, gift-buyers during holidays, and demographics looking for affordable alternatives or luxury scents.
- Set up and manage campaigns across the full marketing funnel, with a heavy focus on driving traffic and high-conversion checkouts on TikTok Shop
- Deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user journeys on marketplaces and website landing pages.
- Ability to analyze creative performance (e.g., hook rate, hold rate) and provide data-backed feedback to content creators and graphic designers on what visual styles sell perfumes best.
Qualifications
- D3/S1 in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Ads Specialist (beauty product, FMCG/Personal care)
- Experienced in TikTok Ads and CPAS.
- Familiar with Google Analytics, SEO, Social Media, and E-commerce.
- Experienced in handling ad budgets of at least IDR 300 million/month.
- Creative, analytical, and results-driven.
- Can join as soon as possible and willing to be placed at Greenlake City, Tangerang
