MUST HAVE
– 15+ years’ experience in the hospitality industry
– 5+ years’ experience with Marriott-based brands – MUST
– Strong full-spectrum hotel/resort operations experience
– Strategic and revenue-focused mindset
– Strong focus on customer/guest experience
– Proven ability to motivate, lead and drive teams to achieve results
– Strong commercial, leadership and problem-solving skills
