Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Pipeline: Identify, recruit, and onboard TikTok affiliates or key opinion leaders (KOLs) specifically within fashion, FMCG, or mom & baby categories.
- Community Management: Build, nurture, and engage an active community of creators and affiliates (e.g., via WhatsApp groups, exclusive incentives, or regular updates) to boost retention, loyalty, and ongoing campaign participation.
- Campaign & Relationship Management: Manage end-to-end affiliate operations, including sample distribution, commission negotiation, brief delivery, and maintaining long-term relationships with top-performing creators.
- Performance & ROI Tracking: Monitor daily sales performance, affiliate GMV, conversion rates, and ROI to optimize commission structures and strategy.
- Content Creation & AI Tooling: Produce basic visual assets (banners, overlay graphics, promotional posts) and leverage AI content tools to generate compelling briefs, script concepts, and ad variations quickly.
- Live & Short Video Strategy: Assist creators with best practices for TikTok Live and short-form videos to maximize engagement and direct-to-cart conversions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing TikTok Affiliate programs or KOL campaigns (agency or brand side).
- Industry Focus: Proven track record or strong familiarity with Fashion, FMCG, or Mom & Baby sectors.
- Design & Tech Skills: Basic proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for quick graphic edits.
- AI Tool Fluency (Bonus): Familiarity with AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut AI, or copy-generation platforms) to streamline content workflows.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable working with numbers, performance analytics, and TikTok Shop/Affiliate dashboards.
