What You Will Expect:
To manage the end-to-end administration and payment processing of Agency Office Maintenance (AOM), Office Support Allowance (OSA), and agency compensation, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do:
- Manage the end-to-end administration of Agency Office Maintenance (AOM) and Office Support Allowance (OSA), including eligibility checks, payment calculations, approvals, and payment processing.
- Process and validate agency compensation and incentive payments accurately and within established timelines.
- Ensure all compensation activities comply with company policies, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
- Prepare and deliver regular and ad hoc compensation reports to support business and management needs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support data integrity, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Support compensation-related activities such as commission statement preparation, debit balance recovery, and related administrative tasks.
- Liaise with agency teams, Finance, Compliance, and other stakeholders to resolve compensation-related queries and issues within service level agreements.
- Analyze compensation data, identify discrepancies or trends, and provide recommendations for process and operational improvements.
- Participate in system enhancements, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects to improve operational efficiency.
- Undertake ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the manager.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with over 2 years of experience in operations, agency administration, distribution support, or a related function will have an added advantage.
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle data accurately and maintain high quality standards.
- Analytical, resourceful, and capable of identifying issues and recommending practical solutions.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Team player with a strong sense of accountability, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
