Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kampot/Phnom Penh, offering opportunities across multiple functions, including IT, Finance Controlling, Business Intelligence, Steel Production, Maintenance, and Safety Management. Team members will support daily plant operations, monitor systems and equipment, and ensure reliable data and reporting for operational and financial decision-making. Depending on the specific position, responsibilities may include managing IT infrastructure, controlling and analyzing costs, developing business intelligence dashboards, overseeing production processes, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and implementing safety policies and procedures. All positions require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain high performance standards, regulatory compliance, and safe working conditions.
