Administer all infrastructure investment and spend requests and assist in controlling the ITPR issuance and acceptance of payment.
All outstanding invoices, Infra investment (IT spend paper) need to be tracked from the point of request, approved and invoiced.
Working together with budget requestors in ensuring the supporting documents, budget numbers are provided prior to the approval from Finance team and subsequently the designated Discretionary Power (DP) approver.
Requirement:
Degree in Business Administration or Accounting
Accountability
Collate all infrastructure spend request with relevant supporting documents and getting all the signatures
Validating the financial numbers with finance team for infra investment and spend request
Collate all outstanding invoices to be validated by the relevant product line for payments
