Title: Analyst – Stocktaking & Compliance

Role Responsibility,
- Performs physical cyclic stocktaking at all warehouses and lay down locations and investigates variances.
- Prepare inventory adjustment sheets and forward though to immediate supervisor for review.
- Prepares reports advising management of count discrepancies found by warehouse locations.
- Performs audits and inspections in the data input area to ensure documentation is processed in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Coordinates with Administration Coordinators to investigate and resolve negative stock-on-hand balances.
- Performs physical inspection of Capitalized and Insurance items to ensure inventory is stored in an appropriate manner that protects its condition.
- Checks material-in-transit reports to determine if inventory has been physically received but not yet acquitted.
- Review warehouse non-action reports to monitor warehouse service level performance.
- Recommends stock preservation to warehouse supervisors for items that require special storage requirements.
- Coordinates with user departments to ensure that technical inspections are performed on repaired items prior to storage.
- Control secure cyclic count records through centralized filing for all warehouse counts performed.
Role Requirements,
- Three (3) years warehouse experience working in multi warehouse locations.
- Experience in conduct physical cyclic stocktakes and accurately identify stock variances.
- Experience prepare inventory adjustment documentation for supervisory and management review.
- Be able to compile and communicate stock discrepancy reports based on count results.
- Experience in perform audits of data entry processes and verify compliance with established procedures.
- Be able to investigate and reconcile negative stock-on-hand balances in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Be able to inspect inventory conditions and ensure capitalized and insured items are stored appropriately.
- Be able to analyze material-in-transit reports to track unacquitted receipts.
- Be able to evaluate warehouse performance through review of non-action reports.
- Be able to recommend and communicate preservation techniques for inventory requiring special care.
- Be able to coordinate technical inspection requirements with end-user departments for returned or repaired goods
- Be able to manage and archive warehouse count records in a centralized and traceable system.
