Key Responsibilities:
- Support training, meetings, workshops and stakeholder events
- Respond to workers’ compensation enquiries via phone and inbox
- Process invoices, travel bookings and office requests
- Maintain registers, records and document control systems
- Prepare agendas, minutes and team correspondence
Highly desirable criteria:
- Bring workers’ compensation or rehabilitation exposure
- Use Content Manager, QI or similar records systems
- Support training coordination and stakeholder engagement
- Work across multiple teams with shifting priorities
- Deliver accurate admin support in regulated environments
Desirable criteria:
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Use Microsoft Office and shared mailbox systems
- Coordinate meetings, travel and event logistics
- Adapt quickly in busy team environments
Skills and experience:
- Experience in a professional office environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Confident with digital systems and spreadsheets
- Ability to prioritise competing deadlines
