Job Description
- Analyze user requirements and recommend system solutions.
- Configure, test, implement, and maintain healthcare applications.
- Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation.
- Work closely with clinical and non-clinical departments to improve workflows.
- Liaise with software vendors regarding system issues and enhancements.
- Develop user guides, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Train users on application functionality and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Healthcare Informatics or Health Information Management qualifications are an advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in application support, system implementation, or healthcare IT.
- Experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS), EMR, LIS, systems is preferred.
- Experience in project implementation and user training is an added advantage.
