What Will You Do
Review and verify visa documents for accuracy, completeness, and authenticity.
Cross check visa applications against required legal and procedural standards.
Ensure all documentation adheres to country specific immigration regulations.
Communicate with applicants or related personnel to resolve discrepancies in documents.
Maintain accurate records of all verifications and document submissions.
Provide language translation support when necessary.
Stay updated on visa regulations and requirements for different countries.
What Will You Need
Willing to work on a rotating 2-shift schedule from Monday to Sunday.
Willing to work from Bintaro.
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Linguistics, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written).
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive documents.
Prior experience in document verification, visa processing, or administrative roles preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with visa regulations and immigration laws is a plus.
