Role Description The Assistant Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Moka, supporting the Treasury Payment team within ITL’s client portfolio. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves preparing payment instructions, verification of documents/KYC check, liaising with client and banks among others. The Assistant Administrator helps draft and process client correspondence, ensure accurate and timely execution of transactions and instructions. The role also includes liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders such service providers, while ensuring high levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including attention to details, proactiveness and good communication skills.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting finance, or business administration principles.
- Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets) and comfort working with client management systems.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work accurately under deadlines, prioritize tasks, and support multiple assignments in a structured manner
- Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
- Previous experience or internship in corporate administration, finance, or professional services is an advantage.
- High ethical standards, discretion when handling confidential information, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
